1. The Transaction Log
The central table tracks every financial interaction you've had with the platform:
Plan Name: Identifies which tier or billing cycle (e.g., Monthly Pro, Yearly Pro) the payment was for.
Amount & Currency: Displays the total cost of the transaction in your local currency.
Purchase Date: The exact timestamp when the payment was confirmed.
Payment Method: Indicates how the payment was made (e.g., UPI, Credit Card, Bank Transfer).
2. Understanding Payment Status
The system use color-coded badges to help you quickly identify the health of your account:
Paid (Green): The transaction was successful, and your access is active.
Partially Paid (Yellow): The payment was initiated but not fully completed.
Draft (Yellow): An invoice has been generated but not yet processed for payment.
Expired (Red): A payment link or invoice was not completed within the required timeframe.
3. Receipt Management
For professional bookkeeping or tax purposes, you can access official documentation for every "Paid" transaction:
View Button: Click the View button next to any invoice.
Downloadable Receipts: The system will open your official receipt in a new tab. From there, you can download it as a PDF or print it for your records.
4. How to Access Your Billing History
Open Settings: Navigate to the Settings menu in the sidebar.
Select Billing History: Click the File/Invoice icon tab.
Review Logs: Scroll through your past transactions to verify dates or amounts.
Download Invoices: Click View on any completed payment to get your official receipt.
TIP
No Pro Subscription?: If you are currently on the Trial Plan and haven't made any purchases, your Billing History will appear empty. Once you upgrade to a Pro Plan, your first invoice will instantly appear here.
