Profile Settings

The Profile Settings section is more than just a place for your name and email. It is your professional identity within the JyotishGrid platform, used for branding your reports and managing your public presence.

1. General Information

This is your core identity as a practitioner:

  • Personal Details: Manage your Name, Gender, and Primary Email.

  • Professional Specializations: Highlight what you do best (e.g., Vedic Astrology, KP System, Loshu Numerology). These tags define your expertise in the system.

  • The "About" Description: Write a professional bio that explains your experience and consultation style. This helps build trust with your clients.

2. Company & Professional Brand

If you operate under a brand name or an institute, this is where you customize it:

  • Branding: Upload your Company Logo and set your Legal Name.

  • Digital Presence: Link your professional website and industry category.

  • Contact Sync: The email and phone number you set here are often used in the footers of the reports you generate for clients.

3. Contact & Connectivity

Ensure your clients and the platform can reach you:

  • Phone Numbers: Manage both primary and secondary contact numbers for your office or personal use.

  • Addresses: Set your business or residential addresses. Having a clear location helps when generating regional horoscopes.

  • Social Media: Connect your Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn profiles. This allows you to easily share insights or link your social content within the platform ecosystem.

4. How to Update Your Profile

  1. Navigate to Settings: Click the Settings icon on the bottom of the sidebar.

  2. Select Profile: Go to the Profile tab.

  3. Edit Sections: Click the Edit (Pencil) icon on any section (General, Company, etc.).

  4. Save Changes: Update your details in the modal that appears and click Save.

TIP

A Professional Avatar Matters: Ensure you upload a high-quality, professional headshot. Your avatar is visible in the dashboard and is the first thing clients see on any digital reports you share through the platform.
