List View: A detailed table view, perfect for scanning through many records quickly.
2. Adding a New Client (The Intake Process)
Adding a client is a simple 4-step process designed to capture all relevant details for accurate analysis:
General Information: Enter the primary birth details (Date, Time, Place) and Gender. Tip: Accuracy here is vital for Astrology!
Contact Details: Store their phone number, email, and home address.
Important Events: Record significant life dates (like career changes or marriage) to help in past prediction verification.
Family & Relations: Link this client to others in your directory (e.g., linking a Husband and Wife for easier Match Making later).
3. The Client Dashboard (Profile)
When you click on a client, you enter their Client Dashboard. This is a powerful hub:
Detailed Profile: All contact and birth details are available at a glance.
Quick Links: Instant access to create a new Astrology Chart, Numerology Analysis, or Horary Question specifically for this client.
Automatic Context: When you start an analysis from this dashboard, the system automatically fills in the birth details for you!

Use Avatars: Assigning photos or distinct avatars to each client makes your directory look professional and helps you recognize frequent clients at a glance.
