Navigating the Dashboard

This guide will show you how to move around your workspace and use the different tools available for your astrology and numerology practice.

1. Using the Main Menu (Sidebar)

The menu on the left side of your screen is your primary way to find the tools you need:

  • Dashboard: Your home base. See a summary of your work and recent clients.

  • Astrology: Create birth charts and analyze planetary positions.

  • Numerology Tools:

    • Chart Numero: Comprehensive numerology calculations.

    • Name Numero: Analyze personal or business names.

    • Number Numero: Explore the meaning of specific numbers.

  • Special Tools:

    • Designer Baby: Find auspicious names and planetary alignments.

    • Horary (Prashna): Use for answering specific questions.

    • Match Making: Check relationship compatibility.

  • Client Management: Organize and view your full list of clients.

Your Profile and Settings

At the very bottom of the menu, you'll see your name. Click it to open your Settings or to Logout when you're done for the day.


2. Your Dashboard (Home Screen)

The dashboard is designed to give you quick access to your most important tasks.

Quick Access Tools

At the top, you'll see circular icons. These are shortcuts! Click any icon to jump directly into a tool like Astrology or Match Making.

Managing Your Clients

  • Client Count: See at a glance how many clients you have in your records.

  • Add New Client (+): Click the small "+" button to quickly register a new client for a session.

  • Latest Clients: Below this, you'll see a list of the people you've recently added. Just click a name to view their details.

Recent Activity

The Feature List shows a timeline of the charts and calculations you've performed recently.

  • Stay Organized: Quickly see when you last worked on a specific client's chart.

  • Refresh: Click the circular arrow icon if you want to update this list.

Insights for Your Day

  • Welcome Message: A friendly greeting to start your work session.

  • Tip of the Day: A small box with helpful insights or platform advice.


TIP

Finding Clients: Use the search bar in the client list to find someone by name quickly!
