1. How to Register for an Account

Welcome to the platform! To create a new account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the Sign Up Page: Visit the registration link provided in the invitation or on the homepage.

  2. Enter Your Details:

    • Name: Provide your full name.

    • Email: Enter a valid email address you have access to.

    • Password: Create a strong password. Our password strength checker will help ensure it meets security requirements.

  3. Submit Your Information: Click the Signup button.

  4. Verify Your Email:

    • After signing up, check your inbox for a verification email.

    • Follow the link in the email to verify your account.

    • Once verified, you'll be automatically redirected to your dashboard.

  5. Social Login Option: Alternatively, you can click Continue with Google to register instantly using your Google account.

2. How to Log In to Your Account

To access your dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Sign In Page: Navigate to the login screen.

  2. Enter Your Credentials:

    • Email: Use the email address associated with your account.

    • Password: Enter your secure password.

  3. Click Sign In: You will be taken directly to your dashboard.

  4. Trouble Logging In?: If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot password? link below the password field to start the recovery process.

  5. Social Login Option: You can also use Continue with Google for a faster login experience.

3. Resetting Your Password

If you've lost access to your account, here's how to regain it:

  1. Request a Reset: Click on Forgot password? on the Sign In page.

  2. Submit Your Email: Enter the email address you used to register and click Send reset link.

  3. Check Your Inbox: We will send a secure link to your email.

  4. Set a New Password:

    • Click the link in the email.

    • Enter your new password. Our password strength checker will help you create a secure one.

    • Click Reset Password.

  5. Success and Redirection:

    • Once your password is reset, you'll see a success message.

    • The system will automatically redirect you to the Sign In page within a few seconds.

    • You can then log in with your new password.

TIP

Email Verification: Always check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive your verification or reset email within a few minutes. If the link is expired, simply request a new one from the same page.
